Nipple liquid

So this is a picture of a q tip with the liquid that’s coming out of my nipple when I squeeze it a bit. Should I be concerned? I’ve been on birth control since I was 16 and I’m now 20 but haven’t noticed it til earlier in the year also I’ve been on the same birth control since I first got it.
