Anything over the counter that will help ?

7 weeks 3 days pregnant and I’ve Been throwing up everything I eat and drink for 3 days now , is there anything I can take over the counter to help ?

Nothing over the counter. I throw up 1-5 times a day. I’ve learned to eat bland things like plain bread. Sliced fruit works for me to. Anything more than that will make me throw up. My second pregnancy I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum and I would vomit over 10x a day including water. I found carbonated water was easier to keep down. Try to drink an electrolyte drink if you can. Talk to your dr if you get dehydrated so they can do blood work and give you vitamins/electrolytes if you need them. They can also prescribe some drugs to help. I just try to hold out without the drugs. Good luck!! I’m right there with you now. It’s just temporary

I am currently 7 weeks and 3 days. I had the worst case of nausea and lead to throwing up 8 times a day in week 6. I called my GP and I was prescribed Ondansteron. Nothing over the counter worked for me. Even for this week I throw up at least 2 times a day. 
I can take very small meals and all bland. I have this urge to eat and I'm so hungry but nothing stays down.
So try to eat smaller meals with bland food you like. 
Also electrolyte drinks works too.

Vitamin water helped me and I'm now on unisom and b6 25mg just at night I drink vitamin water during the day
