sensitive nipples?

This month my husband and I weren’t actively ttc, we were just going with the mindset of if it happens it happens after trying for so long.

Glow & clue both predict I ovulate on the 20th of this months. However I believe I ovulated on the 15th (CD 11) just from the symptoms I was having (lower back pains, cramps on one side, etc)

I woke up this morning with sensitive nipples & they are puffy. Not sore. They only hurt when something rubs against them and I feel like I can feel every little move my shirt makes.

I’ve never had this as an ovulation symptom or a pms symptom but was wondering if anyone else has ?? I don’t want to get my hopes up if this is a normal thing.

If I were to be pregnant and I ovulated the day I assume I did then it would still be too early for a test, but maybe not too early for symptoms to show up?
