Is this normal?

I found out 2 weeks ago that we are expecting baby # 3 … complete surprise as we weren’t planning on anymore. So I am unsure of how far along I am, but I don’t feel much. A little nauseous here and there but it goes away very quickly and isn’t strong at all. With my first 2, I was sick!

I have also had some brown discharge since Saturday … a little red here and there but mostly just brown. Do I need to be concerned ? Since I didn’t know I was pregnant, I wasn’t taking prenatals (I am now) and would have a glass of wine here and there … I do have an ultrasound this afternoon, but I just want to be somewhat prepared walking in …
