Bigger areolas = early pregnancy symptom??

Is bigger areolas an early pregnancy sign? I’m currently TTC and have been for a few months. I don’t like to symptom spot or get my hopes up in fear of seeing another negative test if I’m wrong. But my bf and I had sex every other day during my fertile week and used ovulation strips to track surge. We also had sex the day of my “peak” test. My period is due in 8 days so I’ll be taking a text in a week and like I said I don’t let myself symptom spot anymore but I was getting in the shower this morning and my areolas look HUGE. Like I couldn’t help but notice how different they look. They have almost doubled in size and are darker around the edges ?? Is this an early pregnancy symptom or something else?
