I don’t specifically have the Mirena IUS but I have some off-brand that I’m not sure of the name of, but my OBGYN refers to it as Mirena so I shall too. Anyway, I started my period on the 25th of September, 13 days after insertion, and I basically haven’t stopped bleeding since. I was bleeding and spotting constantly (enough for a pad and liners depending on flow) until last week, and I had a few days where my discharge wasn’t brown or red, and then the brown discharge came back again! Is this normal, or should I speak to my doctor?
