Sometimes cycles can be late when you’re not pregnant. It’s normal. You could’ve ovulated later than you normally do.

Nobody has exact perfect cycles every single cycle..you’re one day late according to the app you’re using..it doesn’t 100% mean you’re 1 say late but even if you are that’s normal and still considered very regular.

1 day late isnt really a thing. Did you confirm and track ovulation? Delayed ovulation causes a later period. Just because you have a 28 day cycle regularly doesn’t mean it will be that way each cycle.
