Bfp but vaginal pressure/heaviness?

Anyone ever had a successful pregnancy while suffering with vaginal heaviness so early in pregnancy (8 dpo, got my bfp today). 
I don't remember this achy leg, heavy uterus feeling with my others so early. Except with my chemical....praying for a better outcome this time 🥺

Yep with my first and third it was and is like that, very early on both times my vagina ached like period ache so weird also a lot of sharp pains, all normal the doctor said.
