Constipation and hemorroids during pregnancy?

I’m newly pregnant and my bowel movements are hard recently and today I ripped open my hemorroid and it is the worst! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Lots and lots of water to help with the constipation. Unfortunately in my experience once I got the hemmorhoids with my first pregnancy they never really have gone away.

Colace is a stool softener safe during and after pregnancy. Preperation H works too. Also a freeze pack between the buttcheeks helps with the pain. Sincerely a hemmy sufferer since pregancy 7 yrs ago lol 🥲

Not sure about hemorroids because I never had them. But I've had the worst constipation this pregnancy. I've been taking a magnesium supplement and it's been working great

After I gave birth I had one of the worst case of hemorrhoids ever I couldn’t even sit down without being in pain. My doctor prescribed me some cream and I bought some tucks pads from Walmart I used it for about two weeks and it cleared right up

Bananas help me with contraption as well as coffee. Get yourself some hemorrhoid cream for relief.
