How many weeks do you think I am?

Hi guys so the app says im 5w5D but when I went in today my doctor says i might be 4w5D but they aren’t sure (I have irregular periods), I go back next week for another ultrasound, can you guys post your pictures at 5w? Do they look similar?

That ultrasound definitely looks under 5 weeks. Don't worry, it's completely normal to measure a week or more behind than what you thought you were as ultrasound goes by day of conception and not LMP which can be up to a 2 week difference!

I’m irregular too and was supposed to be 6 weeks 3 days when I went in but turned out I was a week behind I was 5 weeks and 3 days I’m 14 weeks now and baby is doing good here’s a pic of my ultrasound at 5 weeks
