Stretch and sweep

Hi all,

I’m going in for a stretch and sweep today and I’m hoping it moves things along! Has anyone had one and actually went into labour around 24-48 hours after? I’ve already lost my mucus plug about 2 days ago, I’ve had cramping, back pain, nausea and loose bowel movements!
