Allergic to titanium earrings?

My daughter got her ears pierced for her 6th birthday yesterday. She has a rash behind her ears. Is she allergic to her earrings they are titanium? I called the place that did it they said because it is so fresh keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse. And I called her pediatrician who just said to put antibiotic ointment on it but if it looks worse tomorrow we will go to a walk in clinic.

normally if she is allergic get ears will be swelling up I would think it's the back of the ear ring rubbing against it aggravating the skin not a allergic reaction

Her ear would be red and swollen if she was allergic. Looks like it's just rubbing against her skin

Doesn’t look like an allergic reaction. Just clean it with sea salt water solution in warm water or by the spray.

I agree with the others. I had my ears pierced as a kid and was allergic to most earrings. My lobes would swell and the area around the piercing would be red and either start oozing puss or get crusty. This just looks like the back of the earring is rubbing against her skin.
