When did you get your first ultrasound scan?

I’d personally never get one earlier then 8 weeks. Estimated due dates can easily be a week off either way and it causes so much unnecessary worry to have it at 6 weeks and see nothing.. and then have to wait it out

1st scan was at 8 weeks for me.

Mine was only so early because it was IVF. They do them at 7 weeks to confirm pregnancy, ensure whether single or multiple and that it’s in utero and provide due date (which has remained accurate to the day) 
Otherwise it would have been 12 weeks.

Mine was at 6+1 but 'official' first scan wouldn't be until 11-14 weeks in England. I had an early scan after a past loss and then red bleeding in my current pregnancy so was scanned to ensure the pregnancy is viable - fortunately a strong heartbeat was found! 💗🥰

Baby 1 got first at 5 weeks as it was ivf so had a ton of ultrasounds to track the whole thing closely. Baby 2 was not ivf and was 11 weeks for 1st ultrasound.
