What can you see?

My partner is saying that he sees three and it's freaking me out. The nurse said she sees two. I'm sure I see two. But what's the third one near the top 🤔 the nurse said its too early to be sure but it looks like two.
I'm seriously loosing sleep over this! 😫

The top looks like either a dilated vessel or an uterine myometrium cyst. Only way to know is if they put color on it. It looks like there could possibly be 2 sacs. Even if the "3rd" was a sac, it would be ectopic because it's not attached to the endometrial lining. Good luck at your follow-up
