Implantation bleeding?

For the past two weeks I’ve been experiencing nausea/vomiting, backaches, pelvic pains, headache, fatigue and shortness of breath. My period was due yesterday and I noticed that on Tuesday I started to have very light brown bleeding that never got heavy, which was also happening on Wednesday. Today I noticed that I was having red bleeding, but the heaviness and consistency isn’t anything like my period. It has also been light to the point where it only really shows when I wipe. The cramps that have been accompanied with the bleeding have not been painful at all and would come and go periodically.
