If not, what food can you bring for a straight 13hr flight?

If your child has a seat, then their meals will be included, and some airlines offer kids meals. You can always check with them if they offer that and what types of food they serve.
Otherwise, bring anything that your baby would normally eat that doesn’t need to be kept refrigerated (or serve perishable foods early in the flight). Pouches, granola bars, pancakes, sandwiches, bananas, precut grapes, muffins

I had more success with pretzels than with the airplane food. Seriously I threw nutrition out the window and just loaded up on snacks. The airplane provided my toddler with a microwave pizza which I then had to balance on top of my own food tray while my toddler was climbing all over the place. Next time I'll eat well at the airport and bring bite size snacks onto the plane.

Whew I took my almost 2 year old on her first plane ride back in July. (She turned two in august) I brought her tablet with pre downloaded videos, extra clothing (diaper bag is free for babies etc) I packed suckers, to keep her busy, I brought granola but oh boy did they leave a mess and they crumble. If possible give the baby the window seat. So he/she doesn’t bother the other passengers next to you. (I have a talkative and active toddler) I suggest juice boxes, books, gold fish crackers, sandwiches, anything to keep he/she entertained. Oh and wet wipes to wipe down the area! Best of luck!
