Started pink turned brown

Yesterday I started spotting a reddish pink, it never got super heavy, then last night it turned brown and I still have the brown spotting this morning. I am 5w5d. I have some lower back pain and a few small cramps here and there. My husband wants me to go to the ER but I’m not sure I can justify that as regardless, they can’t do anything for me either way. Could this just be normal? I am also on oral progesterone and baby aspirin.
