X-rays and MRIs

So on the 10th I went to urgent care for stomach cramps, the urine pregnancy test came back negative. I got abdominal X-rays that day, it didn't show anything, on the 19th I got an MRI of my abdomen and pelvis. I also went out drinking the last few weekends. I just got a positive pregnancy test just now and I'm scared all of these things I got done will affect the baby. I know it's so early but I'm nervous
