Ideas please?

Hi ladies! For a few days I’ve been spotting pretty light pinkish brown. Last night, it turned bright red, I lost one clot about the size of a nickel, no gray-ish tissue, then it went away and spotting has gone back to brown this morning and is scant. I just knew it was a miscarriage but now I’m not so sure. I am nauseous with sore boobs this morning. Still having some small cramps. I plan on calling my OB the second they open but I have had a miscarriage before and this is definitely not what it was like. I am 5w6d today.
