Pelvic pain and bed rest
Hi, has anyone been put on bed rest for extreme pelvic pain? The pain is horrendous. I’m only almost 23 weeks and I can barely walk to the bathroom without help and doing chores or errands leaves me in tears. I’m not really sure what to do about the pain. I am in physical therapy and wear a support band. I also use ice and stretch etc. the baby is fine and happy, but I’m definitely not.
