Strong little bean after ectopic rupture of my tube last week

Last Sunday afternoon I had unbearable stomach pain. I could barely walk into the ER and told the triage nurse I wanted to be dead because the pain was so bad. We had an ultrasound and that is when I found out I not only had an intrauterine pregnancy but also an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured. I had to have emergency surgery to remove my right Fallopian tube, I had over a liter of blood in my abdomen. The surgeon told me that with surgery, came the risk of losing our other baby. I prayed sooooo hard all week until our ultrasound this morning. We saw our strong little nugget! It was wiggling all around and heartbeat was 182 💕 I am so freaking thankful and I am counting my blessings. Measuring right on track for 9w1d.
