Spotting and small clot???

I’ve been having brown spotting for almost 2 weeks but have passed 1 clot about the size of a dime. Has anyone every experienced this and had everything be okay?? I’m super concerned I’m headed towards my fifth miscarriage 😣

Edit to add: my doctor is aware, but has been shrugging me off over and over. At my 6w scan he didn’t even bother to measure the baby, or try to see a heart beat. He just said “everything looks normal see you in two weeks” I will be finding a new doctor after my 8 week appointment in the morning.
