Hernia by yolk sac should I be worried?!

Hello I’m approx 7 weeks pregnant I’ve heard baby’s heartbeat so far it’s at 119 I’ve had some minor bleeding for a few days in a row now and dr says it’s actually pretty common and usually is not an issue. Dr also isn’t worried bc the hernia is super small but it can get bigger as pregnancy progresses and could cut off the placenta blood supply and nutrients! They say the chances of that are super slim but I keep feeling like there should be some kind of treatment for this. Has anyone ever had this before?! Kinda freaking out but the fetus seems to be doing ok atm
