Opks, bbt, CM confused

Hi guys, so I usually ovulate around CD 16 and my cycles are 28-31 days long. This month I’m confused because of the opks and bbt hasn’t risen up much, plus I’ve been negligent taking it regularly… and not a lot of CM this month. 3 months ago early miscarriage, help me out here? I had some cramps on right side 3 days ago, today is cd 15. Today I have a headache and I’m slightly dizzy. Cervix seems high soft and open, on cd 7 it was high and hard
