Does sleeping all the time and not sleeping properly include in a growth spurt?

This week baby has been so hungry. Like all the time. I feed him and he wants more a bit later. Wakes up for feeding through the night. Some days he naps well and alot throughout the day and some day not. Like today (it’s night time now) he didn’t have good naps. He slept while feeding and when I put him down he woke up a bit later. He is fussy too. Wants constant attention.

He is well, happy and smiley when I talk to him.

Is this growth spurt?
