Did anyone have an ultrasound around 8 weeks and nothing show up? I’m experiencing a little spotting, no cramps, and having nausea but we say absolutely nothing with a transvaginal ultrasound and I just need to know if anyone else had this and how it turned out.

There was talk of having my period date wrong but I track religiously and it’s been 6 weeks today since my positive pregnancy test.

Also mentioned ectopic or molar but couldn’t find anything near my ovaries either.
