Is there something wrong with me

Since I had covid 2 years ago I’ve developed so many things, the list is huge so be ready… major brain fog, memory issues, random chest pains, calf pain, constant charley horses, major anxiety, lack of motivation, body aches daily, weakened immune system, pre diabetes, etc. I’ve had tests done, I’ve seen specialists, I’ve gone to my doctor numerous times and everyone says I am fine and that there is nothing wrong with me. I feel like my quality of life has been destroyed. I can’t work out anymore as my lungs suck now and I get body aches making it impossible to do much physical activity which I’m turn has cause weight gain. My memory is so bad that I forget things minutes after I’ve thought of them, I forget about appointments, bday parties my kids have been invited to, things I need to get done, bill, etc. like it hurts my head to try to remember things and then the brain fog makes me feel dazed and a little lost all the time. I have no idea what is going on with me but I feel like something is off and I can’t quite pin point what it could be. Anyone else have similar experiences and maybe some answers? Again I’ve seen my doctor many times and been to emerg plenty of times for the chest pains and calf pain and nothing has ever been found. Also I’m not anti vax at all but 2 weeks after I got my first dose of the covid vaccine I had an episode where in the middle of the night I was awoken to the sound of my heart pounding, I could feel it throughout my entire body beating fast so I threw my Apple Watch on the check my heart rate and it was at 180 bpm while I was at rest, it continued to climb so I panicked and went straight to emerg. By the time I was able to see anyone my heart rate had calmed down and the doc couldn’t do much from there. He pretty much just told me it may be something serious or it may not be but they wouldn’t know unless it happened again and they were able to see me as it was happening.
