15dpo (according to the app, didn’t test for ovulation🫥) af was due today but no signs of af. Had shooting all over stomach pains on 13dpo and acid reflux (which I never get). Since then have had on and off sore boobs and vlight cramps at night for an hour or so at a time. Tested with a blue dye clear blue this morning and got a bfn. Anyone had this and ended up getting a bfp later? How many days after implantation cramps did you get a bfp?
