Did you have any cramping with MMC?

I had a missed miscarriage 2 months ago and I’m 7 weeks pregnant again now. I don’t remember having cramps until I started spotting, which was already 3 weeks after the fetus had stopped developing.
I’m now worrying about every single thing I’m feeling. I’m getting cramps, or more of a dull ache, all over my abdomen not only in the lower part. Not sure if this is something I should worry about?

I only had some brown spotting for a few days before I found out I had a MMC. No pain or cramping. Had some bleeding after an internal scan which was when we found out baby had died.

I’ve had varying degrees of cramping in all five pregnancies (four miscarriages, including 2mmc, plus my current pregnancy 7wks). Light cramping early in first trimester can be a normal pregnancy symptoms, as your uterus begins to expand at this stage & increased blood flow makes the whole area extra sensitive. However, I totally understand being suspicious of every little twinge after loss. Talk to your doc/nurse if you are concerned about it.

I had cramps with my mmc, i had some cramps with my current successful pregnancy. 
Cramps could mean something or nothing. As long as it’s not super painful cramps with blessing, you should be fins.
