Baby movements
I love the fact I can feel proper kicks and movements now, however it’s also started to really play on my anxiety and worry. Now I’m always thinking, should the baby be moving more, should the baby have moved more in the last hour, I haven’t felt the baby move a lot this afternoon etc etc. I really don’t want to stress about it but it’s starting to get worse. I am only 23 weeks, however a lot of the stuff online contradicts itself. Some say don’t worry until 28 weeks, some forums say any reduction in movement should be investigated. It’s kind boggling. Please give me some reassurance mamas!
