Using Glycerin suppository’s when pregnant?

Hey! I’m roughly 4 weeks pregnant! 😌 This is my first time to be pregnant. I’m full of questions…My first prenatal appointment isn’t until the end of November. I’m super constipated….Is it safe for me to use a glycerin suppository??

You can always call and ask before your appointment. But I was told to drink more water, eat more foods with fiber, take colace. I found my issue was the iron in my prenatal and once I stopped taking the one with iron I was able to go again. But I'm anemic so I need extra iron. I found taking a magnesium supplement really helped me. And it helped better than everything else. Magnesium is safe to take during pregnancy along with the other things I mentioned
