36 weeks, neck rash?

Question

I noticed it yesterday morning but didn’t have problems throughout the day. Then today woke up and it felt worse. Started on my lower neck/upper sternum and now seems to have spread further up my neck. It’s small dots with redness. Any insight?

Update update: it’s now mostly centralized on my chest/sternum. Forgot to ask on Monday when I met with doc bc we were setting up csection. But I called about it today and doc was stumped. He said to get some cortisone cream and to come in earlier than Tuesday (next appt) if it didn’t get better.
I used the cream today and it’s definitely helping with the itch.

Update: after doing some digging, I think it’s most likely a heat rash from sweating at night. I’m going to try a warm oat bath, putting cold washcloths on my neck, and moisturizing and if it’s not better by Monday I’ll bring it up to my doctor
