i just found out that I’m finally pregnant after years of trying and rounds of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. i went in tuesday and thursday for blood work to check the hcg levels. according to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> date, i should be 4 weeks 3 days today. on tuesday, at 4 weeks, i was at 228. on thursday at 4 weeks 2 days, i was at 490. I’m not necessarily sure what these numbers mean. but they’ve asked me to come in on this coming tuesday at 5 weeks to test hcg levels again. is there a reason for this? with those numbers, is everything okay? when i was pregnant with my son, they only did one initial blood test to confirm pregnancy and then waited a couple weeks to do my first ultrasound. I’m just concerned because of how many times they’re wanting me to come do blood work. has anyone else had this? thanks in advance!
