I’m scared

A small metal pole fell on the side of my stomach and I’m 5 months pregnant. I’m scared that it hurt the baby or my placenta . But it didn’t hurt at all and was fairly light . I feel fine but just worried about anything hitting or bumping my stomach 😣 am I okay or what do you think?
