i have a headache constantly, it gets dull with medication but doesn’t fully go away also have dots in my vision today

also i read having bad heartburn/ pain under ribs could be a symptom as well

yesterday they told me to get checked at the er and i did not have any protein in urine at the er my blood pressure was 140 something/ 70 something then went to 130 something/ 70 something

just want others experiences/ having some anxiety about it trying to stay calm though
