I need your help. Unfortunately I have messaged my OB-GYN and she never really listens to me. She’ll sit there and say “oh I’ll gladly give you a list for cold/flu medicines” and never does. (I’m currently looking for a better doctor)

Due to our wonderful season colds, I have caught one myself. I’ve been trying to do home remedies but nothing is working. I’ve been doing Tylenol when I can and it barley takes affect. Please help! I feel miserable and I can tell it’s taking a toll on my baby too.
