Positive opk

I just recently started taking the EU natural conception for her pills as I’ve tried others with no luck. I have never gotten a surge on a LH test until these last 2 months of ttc. I have only tested a few times this cycle but nothing crazy. I came home tonight and got a surge again. Is it possible to get multiple LH surges in a cycle?
