Is this my plug

Sorry ladies... I'm 39 weeks today I had some snot like discharge last night, but it was a little bit and now this.... is a lot is this my MP? And could labor be near because I'm scheduled to be induced Wednesday Nov 2nd... also I've been having a lot of Braxton Hicks back to back, but none are painful . What should i expect next.
