Is there a way I can have an agreement where parenting is strictly between parents?

I would assume it would be this way but for weeks I been parenting with my ex’s girlfriend. It’s frustrating because she poses as a threat to me and already spoke on situations from past she shouldn’t be speaking of, i kindly ask for bee to stop handing my child off to me and let it be between me and the ex. She proceeds to talk about me on social media, planning to fight me and have her friends harass me but all this proof isnt enough to file anything because it is not a domestic as we arent in a relationship and i cannot put harassment charges on her.

I want to coparent but with the father, I am not bitter or angry or petty I was abuse by him so by any means I am glad I an out however they will do anything to say he’s innocent and im the guilty one. I was nice to allow him extra time and to be more involved even include him for birthday party however me being nice I learned i should just focus on my days.
