7 days left before my periods start. We are trying to conceive and we've been very busy making out with my husband the past month. Can I test now or is 7 days before periods start still early?

Likely too early. I’d wait until you miss your period or the day your period is due.

Depends. Some women get early positives 6 days before. I was never able to get a positive until my missed period. It isnt about the test, it's whether or not your body produces enough hcg hormones early on. My body apparently doesnt. I used to test early but it just ended up stressing/disappointing me if it was negative, so I personally decided to take it in stride and only test if I was actually late for my own sanity.
