Anyone know what this might be?

It started out as pink eye 2 days ago and today I noticed the white part of his eye has a white looking pimple.. anyone know what it might be or what could have caused it? Like is it bad will it go away??

Optometrist here: looks like a broken blood vessel(can happen just from sneezing or rubbing the eye), and/or early pinguecula.
Would see en ophthalmologist just to be sure, but it will most likely just go away by itself.

Ypu really should be calling am eye dr for this. My fiance has something that makes his eye do something similar, basically a reoccuring tear, that was originally diagnosed as pink eye. 3 times. Hes been battling it for a year.

It will go away but it could also be a Covid symptom. Look via Google for red toes and bloody eyes. It is one of the milder symptoms so don't worry.

Looks like burst blood vessel. I had this in one of my eyes it was so bad you couldn’t see my eye at all… it took monthsssss to heal but it went away on its own

Kinda looks like a “popped” blood vessel… I got it from throwing up a lot when I was sick the one time. My dad came into the bathroom when I was in the dark throwing up and I looked up at him and he said it looked liked my eyes turned black and I was possessed…. He was afraid for a min for other reasons and then took me to the hospital for my eyes and fever and what not.
