Speaking up to in laws
So my LO is 11 months old and she just wants to move all the time(only crawling). My husband and I let her explore and she’s constantly on the go. But when we visit with my in laws they literally hold my child down because they just want to hold her (not because it’s unsafe/there’s too much for her to get into). She will be squirming and throwing herself around and they’ll just force her to stay in their arms. If they finally let her down they also hold her back if she even attempts to crawl to me or my husband because it’s “their time” and “we get to see her enough” (they see her literally multiple times a week).
My husband won’t say anything/let me say anything but I’m just so annoyed with them forcibly holding down my child. Would you speak up the next time it happens or is it not worth it?
