Would y’all make yalls 7 year old wear clothes to bed if she sleeps w her grandparents?

Not my daughter but my little cousin. She’s 7 and I noticed tonight that she only sleeps in her panties.. if it was my child boy or girl. They’re wearing clothes! Or definitely sleeping by themselves when staying with grandparents…

If I ever felt that an adult family member posed a danger to my children, they’d be out of our lives completely. It should not matter what the child chooses to sleep in.

No, I don’t allow creeps to be around my kids. They’re allowed to sleep in their undies because that’s what they’re comfortable in.

I’d be happier if they were wearing pants or a shirt, but if the grandparents are trusted for sleepovers, it wouldn’t matter what they kid slept in. My nieces run around my house in just their panties pretty much anytime they’re over. They don’t sleep in the bed with us, but a couple of them probably should be wearing clothes, but we’re in the country and they don’t care.

Well #1 even though I trust all of my kid's grandparents I would never allow them to sleep in any other family member's bed with them. EVER. They can sleep beside Mom and Dad and siblings and that's it.
I would absolutely never allow my child to sleep in the same room with someone else to begin with let alone without clothing on.

My baby wearing clothes no matter where she at and she’s sleeping alone or in the bed with her girl cousin . I don’t play that I trust people as far as I can throw them and grandparents or not it’s a no . My grandfather molested me so that means nothing .

Let’s all be honest tho, if someone was going to sexually assault a child it wouldn’t matter if they had clothes on or not. Wearing the clothes isn’t some sort of protection again assault. 
However if I was looking after someone else’s kid I would request they wear pyjamas and have their own sleep space. I think that’s just appropriate.

Yes I would. My children belong in clothes. If they're not changing or getting a bath then they belong in clothes. However, I wouldn't let my children sleep with their grandparents either. My children belong in their beds, not anyone else's. No sleep overs of any kind. They don't even sleep in our bed. If they need a nap at their grandparents' homes then that is what a play yard or a guest bed is for.
