Got my first positive pregnancy test October 27th @ 8dpo. The test have gotten darker now; I am 13 dpo. Period is due tomorrow (which shouldn’t come)

Yesterday (12 dpo) I went trick or treating with my kids. After ward I come home I was cramping some. Went to the bathroom and was spotting & it scared me. (Miscarriage in 2019) so, I went to the hospital where they told me I was not pregnant and I was just going to start and that’s what was wrong.

I informed them I had over 17 positive test plus my OB confirmed with a urine test that same day.

They said if I was pregnant then I wasn’t anymore (inconsiderate) They wouldn’t do a blood test or anything.

Today 11/01 I called my OB and went back in for another pee test which was postive & blood work. My Beta HCG come back at 40.58 miu/ml. Is that normal for 13 dpo? I know I haven’t missed my period yet (due tomorrow 11/02) but it just seems low.. when I found out with my son; I had blood work 3 days later (don’t know dpo or anything) my levels were at 185 & I was around 4ish weeks then.
