Okay so I’m 17 almost 18. I’m a dual enrolled senior in high school and also in dental assisting. Everything is great but my home life. I can’t stand the messy ass house I live in and my mom just uses me for income as much as she can and doesn’t care what I want to do in life. I understand she’s on disability but it’s screwing everything up. She wants me to postpone graduation to 2024 just so she can get more child support money. (I’ve worked so hard on catching up on my classes just for her to do this) She claims it’s not just for the money and I also benefit from “free college classes” but I talked to people already and they told me it’s not possible but anyway I’d rather pay for college than postpone graduation and have to deal with another year of high school. While all of this is happening she won’t let me get a job and I’m barely making anything from my crochet business. I don’t know how I’m gonna pay for car insurance or gas at this point and I just don’t know what to do.
