Night shift sleep help. . .

So I'm about to start working a job night shift and I've never had to do that before. It's only Saturday and Sunday nights from 6pm to 6am.

I've made myself a schedule so please tell me if this makes sense. If it's too much or too little sleep please let me know. So Monday night through Friday night sleep regular (11pm-6am) then Saturday go back to sleep at 1pm and wake up at 5pm to get ready to head out at 6. Work Saturday night (6pm-6am) then go to sleep Sunday morning when i get home (sleep from 6:30am-1:30pm) after that stay awake and work Sunday night (6pm-6am) then Monday morning take my kids to school and then sleep 7:30am-1:30pm then go to sleep Monday night 11pm-6am like normal then do it all over again.

If this doesn't sound right can someone give me an idea please :)
