My LO just turned 5 and is forward facing. My manual says the shoulder straps need to be at or just above the shoulder. When she sits straight back in her seat the setting I have her at looks just above her shoulders, and if I click it lower it goes under her shoulders like the setting says for rear facing. But when we’re driving around she often relaxes and slouches in her seat and then her strap looks quite a bit above her shoulder. Does this sound right??
