First trimester acne and what gender the baby was?

I know it’s not relevant. But as old wives tales. I’m curious.

This is my first pregnancy and lemme just say I fuckin KNEW I was pregnant from go. I also KNEW I  was having a boy. The gender part coulda been just a guess but I really told my coworker, who’s also pregnant, that there’s no way I’m having a girl bc my daughter would never treat me this way🤣😭
