Ughhh (tmi?)

Okay so I thought I was just peeing my self which I heard happens(first time mom here) but I don't understand how I could pee myself all the time... I could just be sitting here not even feel anything come out of me go to the bathroom to use the restroom and it looks as though I peed my self.... Earlier Today there was wet streak in my butt area but it was clear .... I don't understand really how I could pee myself so much it's quite annoying I pee a lot already as it is in my last trimester. 😔 I'm afraid I might be leaking fluid or something because I was just sitting here laying down trying to go sleep I feel a gush of fluid I go to the bathroom and my panties are wet smh !
