9dpo night sweats

Hey guys I’m 9dpo tested and bfn of course but I woke up sweating!! I had to shower (I usually shower at night) plus we had the ac on all night and I slept in a tshirt and underwear and now I’m having hot flashes. Has this happened to anyone and resulted in their bfp?
